To My dear brothers and sisters of Teachus Mission
Greetings from Guinea!
I wanted to wish you all a very joyful and blessed Thanksgiving.
They do not have Thanksgiving in Guinea, but I have given our staff the day off to spend time in thankful worship of God.
As we take time to reflect on the blessings of God, indeed, in Christ, we always have much to be thankful for.
I am thankful for each of you and for your prayers and the blessing you have been in my life.
I am thankful for the life we have in Christ and the privilege to serve Him in joy regardless of the circumstances.
Most of all, I am thankful for Christ Himself, who is my treasure beyond all worth, my best friend, my Lord, my everything.
This week I was stirred by a passage from 1 Peter 4:7-8
“The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray.
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.”
I always thank you for your prayers through which our work here is much empowered, and for your love and support.
The end is near, may we strive together to finish the task!
With much thankfulness and joy, brother Chris in Guinea.
